The exclusives will only be available (online and at the show) during the show. (See below for specific times) The remaining items are not limited and will be available year round once they launch.
Update 10/12: Some of the items have sold through available quantities and have been moved to preorder. For the NYCC Exclusives, as long as you place your order while they are available (Before October 16th, 8:59pm NST) you will receive them (including the Paint Brush pin if your total is above $45) but there will be a delay in shipping while the items are produced. Note that if you order both preorder and non preorder items, they will all ship together.
