The Limited Edition Baby Aisha Collectible Plushie from Youtooz will be available for preorder starting January 17th at 12 noon NST/PST (3pm Eastern)!

Youtooz preorders are a little bit different than what folks may be used to.  They open the order for a specific time frame (until February 14th in this case) and then produce as many as are ordered. That way anyone that wants one has a chance to get one so long as they order it during the time frame. (no constant refreshing, no scalping, just cute plush!) 
Because of this, Baby Aisha preorders will not ship until tentatively June. Youtooz ships worldwide!!

After some unforseen delays, PhatMojo's Neopets Mystery Plushies are now finally arriving in retail stores!

They're starting to hit Gamestop stores in the US are starting to receive 2-3 plushies in their latest shipments, and more stores are coming! We'll continue to update this post with information as we receive it, and please share!

If you've pre-ordered a Jumbo Plushie from Neopets Shop, check your email!

Neopets has just sent out a message that there will be a delay in shipping so that they may ensure they are high quality, and will now be shipping in late January, 2025.

Additionally, the email includes a code (or codes, if you ordered both) for two new exclusive items.

Note: that the codes are currently only awarding ONE of the two items (the cake for the Aisha, and the book for the Shoyru) so we recommend holding off a bit before redeeming them.

Grundo Warehouse has also suffered another rabid Meepit attack, and in addition to the usual memory error, you may be faced with a blank page (the navigation panel loads and nothing else) You'll need to verify that the code is properly entered (as you will not be able to get an error message that the code is invalid) and just keep refreshing and checking your inventory as usual. Eventually it will work and the item(s) will be in your inventory.

Note that these two items are in addition to the items you will receive with the code that comes with the Jumbo Plushies. You can see what those are on each plushie's detail page.
