Update 5/15: Upper Deck is aware of a production error that effects some of the starter decks. The virtual prize code should be printed on the plastic wrap that is around the cards, and in some cases it is not.
If your starter deck is missing it's virtual prize code, email Upper Deck at QA@upperdeck.com with which deck it was and your purchase info, and they will take care of you.
This afternoon a local game store in Calgary, Canada has announced a Neopets Battledome TCG Pre-Release Program that launches this Wednesday, May 15th! They will have booster packs and starter decks available for purchase starting Wednesday. The store is also in the process of setting up learn-to-play events and tournaments and have exclusive play mats to give to those who attend!
