Update 2/26: Jumbo Plushies are shipping!
Not everyone has received their tracking emails quite yet, but folks in the USA if you have or sign up for a free UPS My Choice account, you will be able to see any packages (including these) coming to your address once they have created the tracking numbers (you're looking for something coming from Aukey International in California). Additionally, Neopets sent the below email to everyone this morning, which includes an additional Rare Item Code for each plushie you have purchased. (This now makes a total of three Rare Item Codes per plushie. 1 printed on the plushie's tag, 1 sent in the December 16th email (below), and 1 in todays email.) While redeeming your codes, be aware that there is still a widespread issue where you may receive an error message or a blank page. Update 2/13: Neopets Shop has sent out the following email. Please be sure to put in a ticket before February 19th if you need to update your shipping address.
Hey Neopian, Your Jumbo Plushie will be shipping this month. We're working hard to process orders and get your cuddly companion to you. To ensure smooth delivery, please review your shipping address. You can do this by checking your order number and logging into your NeoPass Account. If you have trouble logging in, please submit a Customer Service ticket with your shipping address so our team can verify the shipping address on your current order. Order Number 1: Telephone Number: If you need to update your shipping address, please Submit a Ticket to our Customer Service Team with your complete and updated shipping address in the following format by February 19th 2025: Telephone Number: Street Address: City: State/Province: ZIP/Postal Code: Country: If your address is already correct, you don't need to do anything! If you've pre-ordered a Jumbo Plushie from Neopets Shop, check your email!
Neopets has just sent out a message that there will be a delay in shipping so that they may ensure they are high quality, and will now be shipping in late January, 2025.
Additionally, the email includes a code (or codes, if you ordered both) for two new exclusive items.
Note: that the codes are currently only awarding ONE of the two items (the cake for the Aisha, and the book for the Shoyru) so we recommend holding off a bit before redeeming them.
Grundo Warehouse has also suffered another rabid Meepit attack, and in addition to the usual memory error, you may be faced with a blank page (the navigation panel loads and nothing else) You'll need to verify that the code is properly entered (as you will not be able to get an error message that the code is invalid) and just keep refreshing and checking your inventory as usual. Eventually it will work and the item(s) will be in your inventory. More details on the error here.
Note that these two items are in addition to the items you will receive with the code that comes with the Jumbo Plushies. You can see what those are on each plushie's detail page.
