Australian Chomby Form

For those of you in Australia eager to get your exclusive Chomby plushie, you will need this form. The Chomby is not available at Target, you need to mail your receipt (for two DIFFERENT Neopets purchased between September first and October 31st 2008) to the address along with the required monies for postage and handling. The Chomby is limited to only 1000 pieces so you'd better act fast!
